Tell us what happened and which iPhone you are on. Screenshots help more than descriptions.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not inside the app. On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kinta → Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue them ourselves, but write to us and we will help you make the case.
Open your profile in the app and choose Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.
Profile → Delete account. It is immediate and permanent: your account and the data attached to it are removed from our servers, and what is stored on your device is erased. If you are Pro, that erase carries over to your iCloud copy as well.
On the free tier, your counter lives on your device only, so a new phone or a reinstall starts from zero — that is expected. If you are Pro, it also lives in your private iCloud: sign in with the same Apple Account, make sure iCloud is on for Kit, and give it a minute. If the days do not come back, write to us before starting over — we may be able to help.
Kinta is not medical care, and Kit is not a doctor. If your health or safety is at risk right now, contact a medical professional or your local emergency service.
